Members Breakfast wrap up

Chemistry Australia thanks everyone who attended its second Members Breakfast on Friday 28 November at the Sofitel Melbourne.

This special breakfast event for Chemistry Australia members welcomed distinguished guest Dr Geoff Raby AO – economist and diplomat, and former Australian Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China – as special guest speaker.

Members were provided with a special presentation to members on the China-Australia relationship and the challenges associated with today’s shifting trade environment.

As one of the foremost experts on China and international trade, Geoff provided fascinating insights into China’s long-term economic direction and priorities.  Geoff also highlighted key strategic opportunities for Australia in areas such as foreign policy, trade, and business relations.

We thank Dr Raby for sharing his expertise and wisdom during what was a highly informative discussion.
