Chemistry Australia address to RACI Congress 2026

Chemistry Australia Head of Regulatory Affairs Nick Zovko has presented his address to the RACI Congress 2026 as part of a session on Australia's regulatory framework. 

Nick spoke about Australia’s chemical regulation system and how it compares to best practice, highlighting the system’s complexity and opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency.

The discussion gave attendees a greater appreciation of the challenges posed by the current system and a sense that there is significant room for improvement.
