As Group Executive and President of Specialty Mining Chemicals at ASX-listed Orica, Andrew holds full P&L accountability for one of Orica’s three global segments.

Prior to this, Andrew was Chief Development and Sustainability Officer undertaking a series of portfolio shaping acquisitions and increased its market capitalisation by ~15 per cent, reducing the Company’s Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42 per cent (from its 2019 baseline) and accelerating Orica’s carbon reduction targets.

Prior to joining Orica, Andrew held several executive roles at a FTSE listed engineering and construction company, including Chief Executive Officer of Wood’s largest business unit - Asset Solutions Americas with more than 18,000 employees. Andrew has lived in various locations around the world and is currently based in Melbourne, Australia.

Justin joined Dow in Australia in 1993 as a chemical engineer. He moved to the USA in 2000 where he held manufacturing, projects and operations leadership positions prior to an assignment in China in engineering and project management roles.

Justin returned to Australia in 2013, in the role of Process Safety Leader for Asia Pacific. He later took on the roles of Responsible Care Leader for ANZ & South-East Asia and Site Manufacturing Director for the Altona site.

Justin became ANZ Managing Director in August 2025, leading Dow’s business and operations, with a focus on driving growth and competitiveness in the market while enhancing employee development and experience.

Justin holds a First-Class Honours degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Tim Kehoe currently serves as the Managing Director for Air Liquide Pacific.

Based in Melbourne, Tim has overall accountability for Air Liquide’s industrial and medical gases operations and commercial activities in Australia and New Zealand. Tim joined Air Liquide in 2019 and became Managing Director in 2021.

Prior to joining Air Liquide, Tim held prominent senior management positions within the logistics and petroleum industries in Australia.

Lachlan joined Viva Energy Australia in 2014 and has held roles with the Group including as General Counsel.

From 2018 to 2020, he also served as a Non-Executive Director of Viva Energy REIT (now Waypoint REID. Prior to joining Viva Energy, Lachlan Pfeiffer worked in mergers and acquisitions for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom (UK) LLP, based in London for seven years. Lachlan started his career in Melbourne working for Norton Rose Fulbright (Australia).

Lachlan is a legal practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Monash University. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Russell Schroeter has been a Board member of PACIA since 2008.Russell joined SNF (Australia) Pty Ltd in April 2002 as the General Manager and was appointed to the Board in November 2002. During that time SNF (Australia) Pty Ltd has completed the building of an emulsion flocculant plant and commissioned it in June 2003.

Prior to joining SNF, Russell worked with Nalco in various sales and marketing roles in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.Russell graduated from the Gordon Institute of Technology in 1976 with a Bachelor of Applied Science.

Grant Lukey has been the CEO & Managing Director of Coogee Chemicals since 2015. Coogee is a privately held diversified chemical manufacturer and bulk chemical and fuel terminal storage services provider. Prior to joining Coogee, Grant was the General Manager of a company connected with Fletcher Building Limited that developed and licensed ‘green’ concrete technology. He is currently a director on the Kwinana Industries Council (KIC) and a member of Western Australia’s Ministerial Taskforce – Future Battery & Critical Minerals Industries.

Grant completed his Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Melbourne in 1996. He has a PhD in minerals processing and extractive metallurgy, holds a Graduate Diploma of Law and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.

Leigh was appointed General Manager Chemicals in December 2024, having previously served as General Manager CSBP Ammonia/Ammonium Nitrate from August 2022. Prior to this, he was Production Manager Ammonia/Ammonia Nitrate.

Leigh joined CSBP in 2003 as a Process Engineer and has held various roles across WesCEF’s businesses in Production, Operations and Process Safety.

Leigh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering), a Bachelor of Applied Science (Applied Chemistry) and a Certificate of Business Administration from Curtin University.
