Chemistry Australia members participated in a series of highly-valued Member Regulatory Forums held around the country in April 2018.The Forums focused on the new Chain of Responsibility laws which affecting almost every member company. Parties involved in any aspect of heavy vehicle transportation have new obligations and liabilities under these laws, which came into effect on 1 July 2018. The Forums were held in Kwinana (WA), Rocklea (Qld), Laverton North (Vic) and North Ryde (NSW). These events were free and open to all staff within Chemistry Australia member companies. All senior executives, regulatory staff, logistics and supply chain managers, HSEQ and risk managers, operational and technical staff were encouraged to attend. |
